Waiver possible by citizenship in English-official-language country, degree from such a country, or degree where English is sole/primary language of instruction.

- Required: 2 letters of recommendation, statement of purpose, transcripts, resume/CV; work sample optional; no application fee. No minimum or average GPA published. Department FAQ notes previous research experience strongly helps.
