How the assessment works

  1. 1

    Choose a target programme

Search by country, university, level and subject, and pick the programme you want to assess.

  2. 2

    Add your information

Grades, language and other tests, your academic background, and your CV if you have one.

  3. 3

    Compare with official requirements

Each published requirement is checked against your information, with its source and check date.

  4. 4

Get your report and next steps

See your readiness, the gaps found and improvement suggestions you can act on.

Every report ends with improvement suggestions

Beyond the comparison, the report shows what to improve in each of the six dimensions, ordered by the estimated effect of each change.

  • Mapped to the same six dimensions as the analysis
  • Ordered by estimated effect; estimates are not guaranteed
  • Update your information and re-assess to see the change
Example data
  • Language & tests70

Raise your IELTS from 6.5 to 7.0

    est. +6
  • Experience55

Add a measurable result to your internship, e.g. “cut reporting time by 30%”

    est. +5
  • Prerequisites90

Take a linear algebra course before you apply

    est. +4
  • Activities62

Show the outcome of your club leadership role, not just the title

    est. +3
Point gains are model estimates from re-scoring your information with that one change, using the same method. They are not guaranteed results.

Six dimensions, one clear picture

Every report scores you on the same six dimensions, against the published requirements of the programme you choose. Here is what each one measures, how it is scored and how much it counts.

Weights shown are the ones reports use today. Dimensions a programme publishes nothing for show "No official information": they are not scored and their weight is shared out fairly. Dimensions that need your CV show "Awaiting your info" until you add one, and are never counted as assessed. A score shows where you stand; it never promises admission.
