Waiver if, by matriculation, you graduate from a US programme, attend school in a country where English is an official language, or graduate from an English-medium institution with this indicated on the transcript.

- Statement of purpose (two pages or less); two letters of recommendation (one from a faculty member); professional resume; unofficial transcripts in English with grading key; application fee ($95 on Penn Engineering page; MEAM page says $90 - verify). Course-based professional degree of 10 graduate courses plus two semesters of research seminar, designed to be completed in 2 years. Rolling review; all decisions by April 1.
