Other requirements
Terminal M.S. (admitted directly): eight full-credit graduate-level courses (no more than two Special Investigations), average of at least High Pass with at least one Honors; normally completed in one year, part-time up to four years (catalog: https://catalog.yale.edu/gsas/degree-granting-departments-programs/engineering-applied-science/). Fields: fluids and thermal sciences, soft matter/complex fluids, robotics/mechatronics, materials, bioengineering. GSAS application: statement of academic purpose, unofficial transcripts from all institutions, three letters of recommendation, resume/CV, USD 105 application fee (fee waivers available, including to international applicants). Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required before enrolment (three-year degrees accepted). Self-report GPA without converting. Master's programmes are generally not funded.
