IELTS 7.0 overall (min 6.0 in each band); TOEFL iBT 94 (R23, L23, S23, W25); PTE Academic 65 (54 in each); Cambridge C1 Advanced 185 (169 in each); C2 Proficiency 185 (180 each); LanguageCert Academic 73; Michigan English Test 62; UNSW College English entry course needs overall B (C in writing); ANU Access Program not accepted. Also accepted: UNSW College University English Entry Course, Foundation Studies English (UNSW or Go8), senior secondary study in a recognised English-speaking country (within 2 years of start), some other qualifications. Other requirements

International direct entry: IB Diploma 36 (completed diploma); GCE A levels 15.0 on UNSW's scale. UNSW scores A Levels on its own scale: minimum two A2 subjects; entry score from the best two, three or four A2 subjects (excluding repeats) with A*=6, A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, E=1; provisional results accepted. Gaokao is accepted for direct entry: requirement is the percentage average of all attempted subjects in the Gaokao; the UNSW 2027 table lists indicative provincial points 525 (70%) - 675 (90%) out of 750 for most provinces (Hainan 630-810/940; Shanghai 462-594/660). Bachelor of Commerce Gaokao requirement: 80 (percentage average). SAT (after 2016) 1300. International ATAR 92 / UNSW Foundation Studies 8.2 in the 2027 table. Bachelor of Commerce (International) is a separate degree with higher requirements (IB 38, Gaokao 86, GCE AL 16 in the 2027 table). IADP (+5 points) applies only to ISA-eligible countries (China not eligible).
