- Course page states IELTS 6.5 (with no band less than 6.0), which matches the University's English 'Level 1'. Level 1 equivalents on the English requirements page: TOEFL iBT 81 (W19, S19, R16, L16); PTE Academic 64 (60 in each band); Cambridge C1 Advanced 169 overall (W170, S179, R163, L163); LanguageCert Academic 67; Michigan English Test 58. Tests must be taken in one sitting at a test centre (no online/at-home versions), within 24 months of course start, from a single test report, and in the country of citizenship, last education or residence; students located in China may also sit tests in Hong Kong SAR or Macao. An approved A/AS Level English subject at grade C or above also meets the English requirement. English-speaking-background exemption applies only to listed English-speaking countries (China not listed). International ATAR-equivalent entry score 2027: 90.00 (guide only). Majors: Accounting, Actuarial Studies, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing. International applicants intending to start Actuarial Studies at mid-year (July) must meet entry to MAST10006 Calculus 2 (e.g. IB HL Analysis and Approaches at 4+).
