Scores must reach Cornell (institution code 2098) before the deadline. Cornell Graduate School: scores valid two years and must be valid at the deadline; standing exemptions include a bachelor's from an accredited US institution in the US, a degree from a country where English is the official language and language of instruction, or 2 consecutive years of full-time study/work in the last 10 years in an English-speaking country. Graduate School default professional-master's minimums (tests from Jan 2026): Speaking 4, Reading 4, Listening 3.5, Writing 4; pre-2026 tests: Speaking 22, Reading 20, Listening 15, Writing 20.

A cumulative GPA of 2.7 minimum is stated only for the Early M.Eng.
