- Two-year residential MPA at the Cornell Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy; admission for the fall semester only. Unofficial transcripts from all institutions (official after admission); no minimum GPA cut-off but coursework and grades are considered. Two letters of recommendation (academic or professional). Resume. Statement of Purpose (max 500 words). Pre-recorded video interview after submission. No GRE requirement (MPA guide). Programme is aimed at early-mid career professionals with approximately 1-3 years of relevant experience (not stated as a hard requirement).
